Meeting Room Scheduler Reports Overview

PeopleCube offers a configurable format with dozens of report options specific to your needs. Meeting Room Scheduler includes a run-time version of Crystal Reports™, the industry standard for reporting.

How do reports work?

Here is a step-by-step overview of the report generation process: (Click images to enlarge)

1. Click on the Reports button.

2. Choose Date Range & Scope (scope can include a number of locations or resources)

3. Select the type of report you want to run. Options include cost analysis, resource utilization, resource detail, service activity, and your own custom reports.

4. Choose specific options within the report.

Can users modify reports?

Since every report is customizable, we probably already have the reports you need. If you need something different, you can create your own using Crystal Reports or any other report writing application. No time to create a report?
