Scheduler Plus schedule software, formerly of CEO Software, is based on a centralized resource management model, meaning resource requests are made through a centralized resource administrator. Using Scheduler Plus, the administrator manages event components to make sure they're reserved for a specified event, that things are where they should be, and the services required for the event are scheduled properly. And there's even a Web-based version of Scheduler Plus for remote resource administrators.
Scheduler Plus was developed with flexibility in mind. The Express Request and SAVii user interface in SP is extremely well-designed, allowing a new user to learn the functions rapidly and enhancing the efficiency of the experienced user. The SAVii module provides public web access to view schedule calendars while Express Request enables clients to easily request rooms and services via a web browser.
